  • When and how will my order be shipped ? +

    All orders shipped to the U.S. contiguous 48 states will ship either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service - Priority Mail (the shipping carrier will be determined by our shipping department). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via U.S. Postal Service. Over 95% of all orders ship out from our facility within 24 hours (business days); some orders ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped – it will include tracking information and a scheduled delivery date. In the rare event of a delay, you will be notified by email or phone and will have the option to cancel your order. Larger orders (quantities over 4) may take additional time to ship. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date, based on our production schedule.
  • Is my satisfaction guaranteed ? +

    Yes, All Outdoor Safety first aid kits are Unconditionally Guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, just return the kits to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your credit card. No questions asked.
  • Is Outdoor Safety a reputable business ? +

    Yes. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and Internet Trade Bureau. We have been the leader in veterinary first aid kit manufacturing since we opened in 1991. We have thousands of satisfied customers throughout the United States and our product "return rate" is less than 1%.
  • Is my credit card transaction secure ? +

    Yes. We use 128 bit SSL encryption to protect sensitive data, such as your credit card number and insure a safe, secure online transaction.
  • Do you have any kits containing a skin stapler or a suture kit ? +

    Yes. Our Pro Model first aid kits contain skin staplers.
  • Are Outdoor Safety kits high quality ? +

    Yes. Our kits contain only the highest quality products available.
  • Do you ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia or the UK? +

    No. We only ship our kits to addresses in the United States.
  • How do I get a refund or replacement kit ? +

    Less than 1% of our kits have been returned to us since we opened in 1991. However, if you would like a refund or replacement (please specify which one), just ship the product and receipt back to us via UPS or FedEx to the address below. The product price is refundable - shipping charges are not refundable. You will be notified by email when the refund or replacement process has been completed.

  • How do I signup for my Free 1st year of 1-800-HELP-4-PETS ? +

    Just call the 800 # on the insert card included with your kit. The representative will need the number stamped on the back of the card, and some brief information about you and your pet.
  • Do I have to renew after my 1st free year of 1-800-HELP-4-PETS ? +

    No, but you will have that option.
